The arrangement of synthetic-tyre-cord reinforcement layers is shown in the picture below, all materials shall be vulcanized firmly.   Material: natural rubber and synthetic-tyre-cord layer   →Florescence ship rubber ship launching airbags launching solution   <1>Launching type Based on the ship shapes, the ship may be launched,using air bags,by either end launching  type or side launching type. <2> End launching type <2.1> There are three ways to arrange air bags when using the end launching type.They are (1) linear arrangement (2) staggered arrangement and (3) two lines arrangement. As for which  arrangement to use, it needs to depend on the ship’s width and the length of the air bags. <2.2>  When the ship’s width is not greater than the effective length of the air bags, the linear  arrangement shall be selected. <2.3> When the ship’s width is greater than effective length of an air bag and less than the  effective length of two air bags, then staggered arrangement shall be selected. <2.4>  When the ship’s width is greater than the combined effective length of two air bags, or  for special ship such as catamaran HSC or split hopper barge,the two lines arrangement shall  be selected.The distance between the near ends of two air bags is greater than 0.2m. <3> Side launching type <3.1> For small flat-botton ship, side launching method may be utilized. In this case, the air bags of same specification,same diameter and same length shall be used. <3.2> The air bags shall be divided into two groups, and be evenly arranged under the low and  the stern ends of the ship.The distance between two air bags shall be made equal.The distance  between the ends of two groups shall be greater than 1m but not greater than 10 percent of the  ship’s length. <3.3> The hauling rope shall be fixed at the middle of the two air bag groups and be  perpendicular to the hull of the ship.     →How to choose ship rubber airbag, floating pontoon size?   Airbag Diameter: Usually choose diameter 1.5m, when pier is a little higher, could choose  1.8m or 2.0m. For small boat, could choose 1.0m or 1.2m.   Effective Length: means the cylindrical airbag body, not including terminal iron. (1) boat width<=20m, theoretically effective length = boat width. (2) boat width>20m, usually choose two-lines arrangement or staggered arrangement.   Tire-cord Layers: Normally choose 4, 6 or 8 layers. It's up to your boat tonnage.   The interval between each two airbags are no more than 6 Meters, and the specific interval is  determined by the airbag diameter as the following chart

Minimum Space	1.5m	1.8m	2.2m	2.8m	3.0m
