Airbag Diameter: Usually choose diameter 1.5m, when pier is a little higher, could choose 1.8m or  2.0m. For small boat, could choose 1.0m or 1.2m. Effective Length: means the cylindrical airbag body, not including terminal iron. (1) boat width<=20m, theoretically effective length = boat width. (2) boat width>20m, usually choose two-lines arrangement or staggered arrangement. Tire-cord Layers: Normally choose 4, 6 or 8 layers. It's up to your boat tonnage.   The interval between each two airbags are no more than 6 Meters, and the specific interval is  determined by the airbag diameter as the following chart

  Rubber Airbag Materials   An airbag is to be constructed of an outer rubber layer, one or more synthetic-tyre-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer. The arrangement of synthetic-tyre-cord reinforcement layers is shown in the picture below, all materials shall be vulcanized firmly.           Prior to the airbag production, the outer and inner rubber layers shall be tested to meet criteria in the following table in accordance with the test methods given in the international standard list in the table. While only one satisfactory sample per batch is required for test numbers 1 through 3, all Others must be tested for test numbers 4 through 9 annually. If the first sample fails, two additional sample should be tested. If the additional samples pass the test requirements, the materials will be deemed to have passed the test. Otherwise, the materials will be deemed to have failed the test and another batch of materials shall be selected.                                                             Florescence Rubber Airbags Structure   The structure Hangshuo ship airbag  for ship is shown in Fig. 4 marine rubber balloon/ rubber airbags for ship landing . It consists of a bag body and end-iron component. The bag body is made from vulcanization of base rubber and reinforced fiber material. Filling and floating gasbags can be flexibly combined for wreck salvage, pontoon bridge installation, dock, above water transmission pipeline, etc. in many ways such as cabin occupation , etc.
3. Water supply and drain airbag for ship: It is widely used for water supply and drain engineering for large-size, medium-size and small –size ships, with labour-saving, time-saving and physical force -saving. 
4. Mandrel airbag: It can substitute for the wooden or steel mandrel used for pouring hollow large reinforced concrete structure.
