Product Description 1.Product Introduction of Foam Fender   With polyurea material as its outer protective layer and polyurethane foam core as the resilient inner part, foam fender is an excellent kind of constructive fenders.   The destructive effects on docks and ships will be reduced by the foam fender which could absorb high amount of impact energy on ships and other objects.   The foam fender is constructed of three parts. Each part provides an improtant function in the construction and service life of the fender. The three parts are (1) The closed cell polyurethane foam. (2) Outer Nylon cord fabrics. (3) Polyurea spraying coating.   (1) Foam Core The cell polyurethane foam core offers unsinkable ability during operation. The closed cell foam structure makes punctures a thing of the past. Every cell is separate and so water cannot migrate into the foam.   (2) Outer Nylon Cord Fabrics The outer nylon cord fabrics is specially designed to seal polyurethane foam inside and to prevent any leakage.   (3) Polyurea Spraying Coating Polyurea coating is a permanent coating which could protect the surface of EVA fender.
